What are the typical working hours?

At our company, we value flexibility in the workplace. Our have the freedom to set their own working hours, allowing for a schedule that suits their needs. Please note that we closed on Sundays. We believe this approach fosters productive and balanced working environment.

Do I need to have professional cleaning experience?

While professional cleaning experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude.

Why do you perform background checks?

For the safety and peace of mind of our clients and our team members, a background check and drug screen is a required step for all new hires. Trust is the foundation of our business.

Can I earn tips?

Absolutely! Our clients are welcome to provide tips for excellent service. 100% of the tips you earn go directly to you.

Why does the company require us to take photos of the various rooms of a cleaning project?

We require independent contractors to take photos of the various rooms after each cleaning project to protect both you and the company. These photos serve as visual documentation of the condition of the property at the time of service completion and the quality of work performed.
If a client ever raises a concern or question about the cleaning, the photos provide objective evidence to verify what was (or was not) done. This helps avoid misunderstandings, supports resolution of disputes, and demonstrates the high standards and professionalism of your work. It's an important part of maintaining trust with clients and protecting all parties involved.
Photos also allow us to provide quality control, track consistency, and celebrate excellent work done by our contractors. Taking a few moments to document each job helps everyone in the long run.
